Terms & Conditions

The aCADemy โ€“ Online Educational Program

By enrolling in aCADemy (the โ€œProgramโ€), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Program Description

The aCADemy is an online educational program providing instruction, templates, examples, and resources related to AutoCAD drafting and drawing organization. The Program is intended for educational purposes only.

2. Educational Use Only โ€“ No Professional Services

The Program does not provide architectural, engineering, construction, or professional consulting services.

All content, including templates, files, examples, and instruction, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you apply the information in your own work.

3. Student Responsibility

You understand and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, checking, and verifying all drawings, dimensions, annotations, notes, scales, and files created using the Program materials.

  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, standards, site conditions, and project requirements.

  • Templates, examples, and sample files are starting points only and are not construction-ready documents.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The instructor and aCADemy shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of Program materials.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, drafting errors, dimension discrepancies, construction issues, code violations, financial loss, delays, or disputes with contractors or clients.

  • Under no circumstances shall the instructor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Program.

5. Beta Program โ€“ No Refund Policy

This Program is offered as a beta version at a reduced price.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The content may evolve, expand, or change over time.

  • Feedback may be requested but is not guaranteed to result in changes.

  • All beta purchases are final and non-refundable, with no exceptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, templates, CAD files, drawings, text, and resources, are the intellectual property of aCADemy.

You may:

  • Use the materials for your own business or personal work.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or reproduce the materials for others.

  • Upload materials to shared drives, forums, or public platforms.

Unauthorized use may result in removal from the Program without refund.

7. Access & Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Program materials

  • Share login credentials

  • Engage in harassing, abusive, or disruptive behavior

The instructor reserves the right to revoke access to the Program for violations of these Terms, without refund.

8. No Guarantees

The Program does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, income, efficiency, or professional success. Results depend on individual experience, skill level, and application.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

The instructor reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
